For Warm Comfort (microwave)

  • place wheat pillow in the centre of the microwave and even out the fill material as much as possible 
  • microwave for 45 seconds
  • if additional heat is needed, continue to heat in 30 second increments
  • do not exceed a total of 3 minutes
  • carefully check the temperature before use

For Cold Relief (freezer)

  • seal the wheat pillow in a plastic bag and then place in the freezer
  • chill the pillow for 2-3 hours
  • remove the pillow from the freezer and check the temperature
