Exchanges, Returns, Refunds and Shipping Policy
PLEASE NOTE: items on SALE OR PROMOTION are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Only regular priced items may be returned (unless faulty).
Exchanges
AP Jones will replace items:
-If they are defective or damaged on arrival. You have 1 week (5 working days) from receiving the parcel, to notify us that the item received is faulty. We will then arrange to get the faulty item back to us and replace it (or refund you if the item is no longer in stock/available). All courier fees involved here will be on us.
-If you have ordered the wrong size, or you don’t love the item you have bought and would like to exchange it for the correct size or something else you prefer we can arrange it for you although all courier fees involved in your exchange will be at your own expense. You have 1 week (5 working days) to notify us that you would like to exchange the product.
Returns
You may return your item/s for a full refund (less shipping costs) within 1 week (5 working days) of receiving your order. To arrange a return, please email info@apjones.co.za with your name and order number and we will send you instructions from there.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item/s have been delivered back to us, and have been fully inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that they have been received. Please make sure that your name and contact details/email are CLEARLY marked on the bag. If your returned item/s are approved (in selling condition) we will contact you for bank details for an EFT.

For hygiene reasons, swimming costumes, underwear and earrings are not returnable.
Shipping (Delivery)
- We charge a flat rate delivery fee of R100 on each order (under R999.95)
- Free delivery for orders over R1000
- Free in store pick-up from our Fish Hoek store is available for all orders.
We aim to deliver nationwide within 2-3 working days. Orders are sent with The Courier Guy, Aramex or our own AP delivery service, depending on the delivery area. If you desperately need something sooner, please contact us so we can try to make a plan.
