Shipping policy

 

We aim to deliver your purchases within 2-5 working days of placing your order, unless otherwise stipulated. You will be sent a tracking link via email.

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address and contact number at which the goods can be accepted for delivery on weekdays during normal working hours of 8am to 5pm.

Should for any reason beyond our control an item be delayed you will be contact by our team as early as possible to avoid any inconvenience.

 

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery is free on orders of R1000 or more. For orders under R1000, delivery is charged at a flat rate of R100 nationwide. Local pickup is available for free on all orders.

Please note that we reserve the right to contact you if we cannot validate your address and/or determine that your address falls into a different shipping zone. All charges need to be settled before we can release your order to the courier.

 

DELIVERY AREA

AP Jones only delivers to addresses in South Africa. 

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address and contact telephone number to which your purchases can be delivered on check-out. Delivery is made during normal working hours of 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. You are to make sure that the delivery can be received during these standard delivery times at the address provided. AP Jones does not accept responsibility for failed delivery due to the fact that there is no-one to sign for and accept delivery.

If there is no-one to take receipt of the delivery upon a first attempt, we will attempt to contact you telephonically or by email to make delivery. The courier company will attempt to make delivery a 2nd time. If there is still no-one to accept delivery, the goods will be returned to AP Jones and a refund of the purchase price of goods purchased excluding delivery charges (if any) will be processed. Should you however not want a refund but wish AP Jones to again attempt delivery, this will be at your own cost.
