I prefer to shop in person. Do you have a physical store?

Yes! Our Fish Hoek store has been running for 95 years. Our friendly staff would love to welcome you to our shop.

My size is sold out online. Do you have more stock in your physical store?

We carry limited stock online to avoid accidentally "overselling" a product. If your size is sold out online, please contact us to check if we have more stock in store.

Does your online store stock everything one can find in your physical store?

Sadly not (yet)! We have thousands and thousands of unique products in our physical store. We are aiming to have as many of them available online as possible, but it will take time.

How will my order be sent?

Orders are sent with The Courier Guy, Aramex or our own AP delivery service, depending on the delivery area.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to deliver nationwide within 2-3 working days. If you desperately need something sooner, please contact us so we can try to make a plan!

What is your returns policy?

You may return your item/s for a full refund (less shipping costs) within 7 days of receiving your order. To arrange a return, please email with your name and order number and we will send you instructions from there.

What items are NOT returnable?

Items eligible for return must be in original condition: unwashed and unworn, all tags attached and in their original packaging.

No sale or promo items can be returned. For hygiene reasons, swimming costumes, underwear and earrings are not returnable.

Can I exchange a size?

Most definitely! If you want to exchange a product for a different size you can contact us and let us know your order number and the item you want to exchange. You will then receive return instructions and we will send you the exchange as soon as we get the return.
