We have our leather tanned with a water resistant additive, to make the leather more stain resistant.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eNatural process:\u003c\/strong\u003e The cork is harvested from trees in Spain and Portugal, ground up into cork chips and then mixed with a natural, water-based, latex adhesive. The cork dough is then pressure-moulded onto a hessian and flax carrier, before fusion to a naturally-tanned suede cover.
